The young lady at the front desk, I believe her name to be Genesis, was so polite and helpful throughout the entire rental process. I have rented storage units before but never have dealt with such kindness. Usually the managers and/or front desk personnel can either be grumpy or just seem to get agitated when asked questions about a unit. Changed from 1 star review. I had 1 star review because storages want reviews because they dont care for customers and treat them without care just want thier money. Thats why i have to see. But though in my opinion you guys made a mistake in a matter i had. At least the girl there was how we should be treated with honesty and trying to resolve what went wrong, thats it. We are not used to facilities like that. We are used to facilities that dont care and try to get you any way they can.

So far its been a pleasure to deal with management. Seems like a nice place. The lights above my unit dont seem to work only the two directly above my unit so its really dark inside but hopefully we can get that fixed. Otherwise pretty nice place.

False advertising! I rented the unit on their website because of the price. I pay the 30$ fee plus the 1st month rent. Then when i got into the place they made me sign a paper saying that i agree to a price increase (x2) within 2 months. No where in the website says anything about that. The building is old and sketchy, surrounded by homeless. There is only one way in and out, and a very creepy small hallway, so if there is someone already in the way you have to wait until they’re done. The gate is share with some other building. Does not feel safe at all.
