Found AAA by chance. Great experience! Staff was extremely friendly and the facility had trash bin and bathroom for customers. Nice touch! The only two improvements I would make would be: 1. Clean the entry pad more often. Really dirty keypad. Also maybe extend Summer hours to 7:00 pm. 6:15 is a little early to close. All said I would use them again as my first choice!

It\’s about the least expensive storage I have ever found in orange county, they run it well. They keep it up and maintain it well. I will have had this storage from March 2012 to present February 2018, 6 years, however it has gone up in price for a 8by10\’ storage from less than 70$/month if I remember correctly to 114$/month. Now I have gotten rid, given away, donated, or sold a lot of my stuff, and I plan on getting out by the end of this month. Will enjoy the 114$ a month. Hallelujah

Clean, secure, easy access. Operated by the same people since 1994 and possibly longer. (I\’ve only been renting there since \’94). They have always been consistent, courteous, and polite. The space prices are excellent. If you value your belongings, this is the place to put them. Through storms and shine…I have never had a single problem in the 17 years I\’ve used their facility.

Other than your facility needing updates and moderlization it was very clean and easy to .locate and drive through. Your .managers are down. to earth and hospitable friendly and were easy to follow on procedures such as the gate coding the date and rent, and departure rules to folliw. I would had been more trill but your facility needs a later gate time other than 6:15 pm close out. But your prices are more than good for the size of unit I rented. Thats a good perk. was a lil strange w/ shakey shrunken elevator making more work & taking more time for hired help to do the job. Even “more-fun” is the unlevel stiorage floor tilting all my book cases in diff directions i had to brace them w/heavy-boxes to help assure their stability: quite an experience!
