“On-site manager” means that an employee, usually the store manager, lives on the property of a particular storage facility and keeps tabs on the property after-hours.

Most Total Storage Solutions’ facilities utilize an electronic gate system with access that requires a security code that is assigned upon signing your lease. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the storage facility.

Locks are available for purchase at most Total Storage Solutions’ rental offices. We recommend purchasing a disc lock to ensure the highest level of security.

The office hours are the hours of operation for the office on a specific property, and vary depending on location. Access hours are the hours of which you can enter the storage facility and get to your storage unit, regardless of whether the office is operating. If you require access outside of our standard gate hours, ask your store manager for information about 24-hour access.
