This review is on the behalf of my mother-in-law (in her 90’s) who just rented a shed from Instorage Self Storage. The manager, Perry, was friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the shed options and we found one that meets her needs with easy access. He guided her through the paperwork and set up a private gate code for her We accepted his offer to use the facility’s 14 foot box truck to move her larger items. The facility is nice and clean. A positive experience.

Just got a new storage unit and Perry made the process so easy! He was able to fix my goof-ups on the computer too. He drove me to look at the unit to see if it would be big enough. It was just fine and super clean. I had my own key but left it in my car, and he was happy to drive me back out to my car to get it. The entire property is very clean. There’s plenty of space to park by my unit to unload too. I would absolutely recommend Instorage. I even got a discount on two months rent which I was super happy about!

Throughly pleased with my experience. Bob, Perry and another young man assisted me. I went to see facility, and unit, made reservation both of which are extremely clean and well maintained. I was informed of there truck to reserve for moving so I didn’t go with U-Haul, I reserved the truck, first 50 are free then a small fee after that and return with a full tank. Where do I begin? I was recommended to this facility from a friend and I can see why. I\’ve been renting here for a couple of years now and I\’ve never felt so secure that my belongings and valuables were safe. The customer service is amazing, they never hesitate to go out of their way for you or even save you money if they can.
