We had a very easy time renting here! We got a 10 x 15 and the entire transaction from start to finish took less than an hour, including riding with the staff in a golf cart to look at 2 different available units. The paperwork was straightforward and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The offices are very clean and so are the storage units. In addition, we appreciated their security setup, and felt very comfortable leaving our things locked up here. Finally, the prices are reasonable, especially if you look online first and take advantage of one of their online promotions. We definitely recommend this place!

In deciding on a storage unit, I did a very thorough Internet search for the best unit for the price. I visited a number of locations I thought I might be interested in. In Storage Stanton came out far on top in my search. I was looking for a safe and secure facility with an interior unit. In Storage Stanton has alarmed units, multiple cameras and high walls surrounding the property. It is extremely clean and well maintained. Kevin was extremely helpful and informative in helping my husband and I get our unit rented. They have a truck that customers can use, locks for purchase at a very reasonable price, boxes and even a Goodwill donation box on site. I highly recommend In Storage Stanton. Thanks Kevin for making it so easy.

Very high priced storage facility! I felt taken advantage of, the clerk wouldn’t let me write down any price quotes,(really? why?) After agreed price on 12’x20′ she added administrative FEE=$29.00, insurance Fee=$15.00, lock purchase =$13.00 plus $83.77 for last week of the month of September,$359.00 for October ! For a total $503.27 for 5 weeks! I am also a 70yr.old senior entitled to a 10% senior discount that I didn’t see until she gave me the bill and had already charged my debit card! When I asked for my discount, she said “too late! It’s already paid for,I can’t do anything”! Total bullshit! Just a lazy ‘heavyset’ woman obviously on commission or ? I paid it because I was in a pinch, but I’ll never rent there again! She never mentioned the fees, the insurance, and she took my DL so it was obvious I was a senior,! but she never even mentioned it to me! Last time I use this place ever@

Rat fece and urine destroyed my furniture. The manager knew about the rat infestation as it was not only in my unit. Told me I would be reimbursed for the damages. I filed a claim back in July and nothing has happened since.
