I just want too share how very kind & helpful yari was with me today with my claim . For over a year i was trying to submit paper work & she took the time & effort to complete it with me . She was able to walk me through step by step and answered all my questions . ! Best lady ever !

The new Site Manager, Ricardo, is fantastic! I have stored a trailer at Lambert RV & Self Storage for many years and have seen managers come and go. Ricardo is hands down the best manager I have seen for years. He genuinely cares about the customer experience and takes immediate action to fix and resolve issues in a professional manner. I had an ongoing issue with intermittent lack of access to my trailer due to oversized trailers and trucks parked near my spot. I would never know what situation I would encounter when trying to pull my trailer out or when trying to put it back. Previous managers showed little to no concern and did nothing to help resolve the situation. The day I meant Ricardo, I brought it to his attention. He understood and appreciated my dilemma and took immediate steps to fix the situation. Now, I could not be happier and hope that ownership recognizes the amazing Site Manager they now have in Ricardo! Thank you

Awesome! Moved my RV here to be closer to home and it has worked out great! After dealing with Ricardo we were so pleased that we moved out of a rival storage place and have moved the rest of our home storage to Lambert RV & Storage.

They were their for me at last minute when my booked storage unit elsewhere didn’t workout and they superceded my expectations with the greatest storage move in specials I have ever seen!!!! It doesn’t bother me at all that their office/property grounds aren’t open as long as competitor storage places…. it’s the service, the ability to store the minimalist to rv, cars or boats- they take care of every need one may have! I recommend them – just call or do a walk through to see how capable they are to meet ur needs- U WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED, THE RATES ARE EXCEPTIONAL!!!

I was amazed at the accuracy and the quickness which my paperwork was done and I was in and out of there in no time at all completely happy ! I had a very busy day, and getting my storage needs meet in record time! Good job! I wish all my days were as good.

I stored my boat at this location “Lambert RV” for 3 years and was/is always a safe location, well maintained and well gated. I don’t feel safe storing my work vehicle anywhere but here I do, staff is always helpful and on top of any situation.

Excellent customer service! My storage reservation for an outside 10×10 had a damaged door however, I was offered an inside unit with a 3 month discount. Couldn’t be happier with the manager on duty that day!

Very shady business. Stored my trailer here and the first few years was great, decent access hours, fair price with a couple small increases in rent. Then it went from $199 to $330 without any notice and since I had the payment setup automatically they had already deducted it. When I called thinking it was an error I was told that was there new price and they mailed me a letter. They said there was nothing they could do and I could try to talk to someone from the home office that they would have call me. We, that took about a week, but in the mean time I received a backdated letter from them informing me of the increase. It was postmarked the same day I called questioning the increase. When the manager from the home office called and I told him the situation he told me that I was using an envelope from something else to falsely state I had not received a 30 day notice of the increase. When I asked him what else they sent me that would have the later postmark on it he couldn’t tell me, because they didn’t. Had to threaten going to small claims court before he agreed to refund the difference. Between that and reduced access hours over the last year, there are much better places and I found one. Of course they claim they can’t find my records. I’m not interested in calling, there is nothing to resolve, but people should be able to see how this facility treats renters. Look at the spot in the photo I rented for about 3 years.

NEVER, NEVER and NEVER store your things here. My parents passed away and we needed a place to quickly place their things until we could get settled. 2 years later and a few visits early on, we entered the storage unit….to our complete shock, it had been leaking for a VERY long time. The place was completely saturated. The fumes from the unit just about knocked me over. As we inspected, the entire ceiling had water dripping and the roof had holes everywhere. EVERYTHING was ruined!!!! While theft is always a risk and consideration, I felt comfortable that it was gated but I NEVER considered they would not properly maintain their units. This was out and out negligence. To make matters worse…insurance will only cover $2500. We had to move all of it out ourselves with literally mold everywhere. We all had such bad headaches that we had to leave and come back the next day. While the manager Ricardo was as kind as he could be his hands were tied. The management company could care less. The topper of it all is as I was pulling into the storage facility I noticed a massive semi parked in front…they were unloading roofing materials. I asked the clerk (not Ricardo) what the materials were for and he unknowingly replied “we have a lot of leaks in our units that need to be repaired”. The management company wasn’t even willing to reimburse me for the months that the unit had been leaking. Terrible business. Very very disappointing.
