The guy who helped me was phenomenal, he was patient with me even though I was a bit cranky with the website. He showed me to my storage unit, showed me where all of the lights were, took his time explaining my monthly rent and the policies, and was just overall kind. He is the reason I am giving 5 stars. 4 stars for the website. I was a little peeved I had to buy a lock even though the website stated I could keep the lock already on the unit and receive a credit towards my next bill. So that was upsetting. I am in an upstairs storage unit and I was relieved to see they had carts and an elevator to help me carry my heavy items to my unit. Overall not bad, but they definitely need to change the verbiage on there website

I have been renting a space for the past 11 years from Gardrn Grove Secure Storage facility. I had to close my old space and rent a new smaller space at the same facility and the lady manager, Her name is Genesis was exceptionally helpful, professional, and excellent. I was there last weekend and I left my phone number with her and I asked I ask her to please call me when a smaller space becomes available. She called me this morning and informed me that A smaller unit is available now , l made an appointment with her for this afternoon. She was very nice. She showed me the space twice, and she helped me with my own old space which had a broken door. She left it and helped me. She called the other manager to come and help as well. The other manager name Adrian was very helpful and very nice too . I really appreciate All their help. They are extremely professional in the storage space rental industries.

Well everything is great except the hours need to be longer as 9-5 isn’t enough time to get go to work and be able to get to and out of storage… That’s why I think the hours should be 6 – 9 every day…

I was looking for a storage unit for my business in the area, and came across this location. After a phone call and staff answered all of my questions, I knew I found what I was looking for. The area is very clean and secure. There are always a manager on site to help and answer questions. I had an issue with a delivery trucking into my storage, the manager on site went far and beyond to make sure the issue is resolved. I highly recommend this location. A+ for customer service.

I recommended a friend and got a $30 credit towards my bill. After how great I’ve been taken care of I would still recommend this place even without the credit.
