She drive me to a storage unit, showed me the size and suggested that if the unit was not large enough for my furniture, boxes, etc, I could rent another smaller unit nearby the unit I was renting. She also told me if I had home owners insurance I could save $11 a month. Appears to be a very safe and clean location!

So far, this has been a really great experience. The storage facility is located in a nice residential neighborhood. I haven’t moved all of my stuff in, but the attendant kindly showed me my storage space and answered all of my questions. The woman at the call center who reserved the unit for me was also very nice and helpful. I also appreciate the online payment service. I am so glad I chose this place over Public Storage or another one of the common storage businesses.

I\’ve never stored my items in a storage, but from calling to inquire to visiting in the next hour after the call and seeing 3 different types of storage units… Kathy is an excellent manager! I\’ve worked in prop mgmt, leasing and customer service as well and you don\’t find people like Kathy! The units do seem a little pricey, but hey I\’ve lived down the street on Batavia for over a year and it\’s a really safe neighborhood, I guess you get what you are willing to pay for! Super well kept, safe and I seen about two or three tenants while I was there, seemed like regular people nothing iffy, and since we don\’t know people\’s struggles why should we even judge? I even got some ideas on how to store my junk in a 5 by 10 unit for $111.00 a month, no contract, only a 2 weeks notice to cancel, the insurance is already included and no deposit required. It seems like it\’s family owned honestly not sure, but Kathy says she\’s been there for a while such such an amazing pleasure meeting that lady! Extremely helpful in every way possible! So if you need some storage, go try it out!!!

American family values?? Honest hardworking small business???? NOPE!!!!! Bait and switch and completely lied to. We were excited and relived to move here after being gouged by unethical corporate giant public storage. We were assured before moving our things that they were an honest family business that did what was right with their pricing model. We were told they raise rates MAYBE yearly. Well we bought the farm!!! They have raised our rates 2x in one year to the tune of almost 40% FORTY PERCENT!!! To add insult to injury they offered a $4 discount from the egregious rate hike. FOUR DOLLAR DISCOUNT. Sounds like a BIG EFF YOU! Doesnt it!!!!!!! LIARS!!!! Would never recommend. So much for hometown American values. Instead we got tariffed!!!! Deplorable!!

If you care about your stuff don’t leave it here. A unit next to mine was broke in to and the cameras where not working two weeks later my unit was hit and still no cameras when I would ask about the cameras I got nothing but attitude from the office. The same month I was robbed they raised my rent $769.00 to $884.00 per month.

cannot express how strongly I advise against using this storage center – there have been 4 break ins (multiple units EACH time) and they seem to be doing nothing to remedy the situation. Lying about cameras working, security is a joke. If you want your stuff stolen, you found the spot!
