I’m doing this for the second time due to an error that the system made in my rating selection… The Airport mini storage is a top-notch storage facility with knowledgeable staff and is Under excellent management… They have a clean, secured And safe facility… with up-to-date accommodation and Storage packages to meet every person’s “Space need”…..LET ME TELL YOU THAT MY VISIT THERE WAS DEFINITELY A

Staff are attentive and professional. The facility is always clean and well maintained.
The facility is clean and secure. Also the monthly yard sales are better than the swap meets. Lots of cool stuff at a bargain.

I looked at several storage options and airport storage was the closest to me. We drove over to inquire about availability and met Christina in the office. She was amazing! Great customer service! She was very kind and knowledgeable about their units. It was super hot and she gave us ice cold water. If you need a storage you will be completely satisfied with the customer service and price. They are amazing. I was in a bind and needed to use a truck so my belongings were not sitting in my front yard. The lady at the front desk and maintenance worker came up with a plan and helped me get my bed and belongings inside my storage. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Customer service is amazing. Thank you so much again!
Christina in the office is an amazing person. She is the most kindest person you’ll meet. She made transferring my late mother’s storages over quick and simple. The entire property is surveillanced and you get that sense of security that your belongings are safe. I highly recommend this storage place for your storage needs.
Kimmy and Christina were such great help! We went to several different other storage facilities and as soon as we arrived at airport storage we knew we had found our new storage space. They were beyond helpful, and the sense of security we felt was unmatched. Definitely recommending this space to family and friends.

With a recent move to Riverside, I was looking for a storage facility. Over the years I’ve rented storage in different areas from several different companies. My selection of Airport Mini Storage began with an online review of a dozen storage facilities in the area. I made a list of six facilities to visit based in order of geographical proximity to me before deciding. Airport Mini Storage was number 3 on my list, and after speaking with the manager, discussing their security program (including door alarms on every unit), current promotional discount and inspecting the rental unit, I concluded I didn’t need to search any further. And that was before I learned about the cargo van they have available to their customers (@ no rental charge, wow!!) and the brand new stainless lock they provide as well.
While I always feel it’s good to go see what each storage facility has to offer, in the Riverside airport area, I recommend this – save yourself some time and visit Airport Mini Storage first.
I was in such a hurry today when I was getting my storage but luckily for me the attendant was such a wonderful and cheerful woman she actually calmed my nerves lol. Lovely place, with professional yet caring people.
My wife and I have used AMS for over 5 years, and we have not had any serious issues, they have all ways been really nice to us. They have all ways made us feel welcomed. The storages are kept up and clean. The price has been going up,but they tell you months in advanced.. They also have a big garage/yard sale and any tenants can join in. Perfect if you have a storage full of stuff you need to.

If you’re in the Riverside/Moreno Valley or any of the residing cities and are looking for a safe, secure storage area to put your precious belongings in you dont have to look no further because Airport Mini Storage will be the perfect place for you. Not only do they have top notch security, but the staff is very friendly and will give you a welcoming vibe once you walk in the door. Mrs. Kitty was so helpful and she guided me through everything I needed to know, leaving no important subjects behind. I definitely recommend this place to newcomers and long time guests that plan to stay in the area!

Amazing! I made the reservation on their website last night, got a phone call this morning, scheduled the meeting, and was in and out with viewing/renting my storage facility in 20 minutes! Christina is super friendly and made the experience easy and worth it! 10/10 do recommend!

Storage is clean all the time. I never have any issues with anything here. The main person who manages is the nicest n sweetest person and that’s always a plus to have anyone hard working be genuinely caring as well.. First time I have used a storage facility, very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the grounds and the empty storage facilities or kept very clean. I was there just after a major rainstorm and the unit that I took was dry and no standing water anywhere on the grounds. The manager said they live on the premises, plenty of security cameras and you get one day free use of a boxed moving truck to move your goods in . So far so good.
From the first day we were at this storage it was so friendly daughter and mom are so nice and very friendly and helpful all the time if you have any problem or questiones they are very nice and very understanding to help if i will need a storage again this is the one I recommend to all my family and friend to come even they are very good prizes and secure never had a problem and had this storage for almost 3 years .We thank you for help and time and helping us with our things.

I\’ve been storing my items with airport mini storage for 10 years and have never had a problem. Christina is amazing and very helpful. And she\’s always cheerful whenever you go in the office. The place is always clean and managed well. I don\’t need to go anywhere else.
This storage facility is by far the best in riverside. Not only is it clean and well kept but the managers Christina and Kitty are so lovely. I count say enough nice things about them. They treat you like family and are always available for questions or any help you might need. I always feel safe when I visit my unit and I find there pricing to be very reasonable for the area. If your looking for a storage unit this is the only place you should go.

Airport mini storage has professional staff and services. The grounds are always immaculate. The staff is friendly and willing to help you with any questions. I had several units to choose from, one had recently been emptied which they would not let me move into until it was cleaned and met their high standards. I recommend airport mini storage for all you storage needs.
