Well, I’d have to say linda was the best experience I’ve had and I’ve had a few storage units in my lifetime, but she is the best and gave me the best deal for me at the time and I appreciate everything she did for me!?

Linda was superior and gave excellent informative instructions and is a very good sales person.

We have had nothing but the best experience Linda is amazing very friendly clean and she always goes above and beyond her duties my husband spends a lot of time in our storage sorting and she is always checking on him and we just recently down sized and this lady got up in the truck and helped seeing my husband exhausted and myself disabled. I would like to say first and foremost that I had an excellent experience there, I was having a bad day, and when I went into the office, the lady at the desk “KIMMY” was so wonderful, polite respectful, very helpful and pleasant. She made my day so much better by just being kind and very courteous. I would definitely recommend the storage. Customer service is great there my recommendation is ask for Kimmy she’s very helpful and very pleasant to deal with! I have had units at this facility for more than 10 years. I had been very happy. Now I am extremely annoyed. I needed a larger unit. I went on their website and booked a 20×24 on the 14th. They charged me $360. I went to move in and was told that unit wasn’t available for a few more days. “Ok, that’s fine.” I asked for another unit in the interim to store a few things because we had just moved out of an apartment. They did not refund my money. They moved that money over to a different unit. It was supposedly at 50% off the rate. I was told the money from the smaller unit will roll over to the new unit for the next month. The larger unit was available on the 18th. I went in and they collected another $280. I then transferred the few belongings over that next hour and was out on the 18th. Linda, whom had been helping me knew this. I informed another employee the next day that it was vacant. They also had their lock on the unit(legally, it was in their possession on the 19th). I received an email stating I had moved out of the smaller unit on the 25?! They then only give me a $200 credit towards the next months rent on the larger unit. That means because of Tri City Storage’s mistake I am being charged an additional $170 ($360-$200=$170) for four days use of an interim unit. That is quite a price I have to pay for THEIR mistake. I do not recommend trusting Linda at this facility. She seems to have given me the bait and switch. She also was dishonest about my move out date(which most likely affected the low credit given?). If you must, go in the office when someone else is there.

Top notch customer service!! I called and spoke with johnny and he answered all my questions patiently. He informed me of specials and got me a great deal. He let me know that the manager from the location I was going tp be using would be calling me. Kimberly called me right away to confirm my reservation. I arrived today and met with Melody to inspect the unit and see the truck I would be able to use. Melody was very delightful and answered all my questions about the lock to use and the insurance I would need to get. The whole experience was so great! I would want to rent a storage unit just to deal with these people!!

They are a very clean and on point. I once was lock in there because the gate was lock and I didnt have to wait till the next morning they had came Nd rescue me right out in no time thanks tricity storage.The staff there are very friendly and caring about there people there no hassle about anything.

When I originally called to inquire about the storage units, Kimberly was so helpful. On the day I showed up to rent the unit, I was helped by a very nice lady nicknamed Kitty. She took us on a golf-cart ride to see the unit. My grandkids enjoyed the ride! The experience was so smooth, and the prices were the lowest I found close to UCR where my son is a student. this is the best storage place ever! as soon as i walked in i was greeted with a smile from beginning to end, KIMBERLY was such a understanding & helpful worker! i bothered her with so many questions and concerns and she was so helpful and positive! Staying over closing hours to assure I was completely informed and comfortable. She even checked on us as we were unloading to make sure we were okay with our storage size ! I went to Tri-City Storage Riverside on LaCadena a lot gittery because I didn’t know what to expect and had a very smooth and blessed experience with Kimberly. She was patient with me and talked me through all of my concerns. She was very professional and considerate. I left content with the price I paid and a peace of mind. If anyone is looking for a dependable, safe and clean environment to store their belongings, call Kimberly.

I need a storage unit on a Saturday and to my surprise many weren’t open. I was using google maps to find somewhere open. Not only was it open but they had a special. With the unit we got the use of a uhaul. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The added bonus was the pay online feature. It’s surprising how many place don’t offer that in this day and age. So that was really really nice. I would highly recommend tri city storage.

Friendly staff, clean facility. Never busy. I have rented from them for over a year now without any issues. Prices were cheapest near by for the size we got.

We got their last minute and the manager was really nice. She took her time with us and was very patient while she showed us some units. Gave us a good price with some flexibility if we desided to change our mind on another unit. She made our day cause i really needed to get a space to store something ASAP.

While relocating from Whidbey Island Washington and searching for a storage location in Riverside and not familiar with the area, we phoned many companies and spoke to a lot of people, then we fortunately came upon Kimberly & Kitty …these two were above and beyond one would expect with customer service, as moving is unsettling these two made it happen in finding the right storage unit for us in the most friendly professional way which made us relieved and comfortable in our choice… since moving in we have obtained an even larger unit with another move only to their due deligence of informing us about available units and the right price ,we’d like to thank both of you for the breath of fresh air in making Tri City our choice and these two are an asset to the company … Jym Genesta

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Kimberly and Kitty are always willing to help and made my move-ins easier. Grounds and storage are kept clean and prices are fair. Also close to freeway.
