??CORRECTION, UPDATE??? I mistakenly thought a truck belong to a family member who passed suddenly was stolen. There was confusion over the ownership ( he had lots of cars) , corporate went above and beyond to help us with details on ownership and to our relief found out it was picked up by the owner.

I have been to previous storage places and this is one of best one. You have access to moving equipment like dollies, push and pull cart and more. They sell boxes here at affordable price, and locks cheaper than Walmart lol. They have a clean restroom. Great customer service the lady in the front Rocio she in very helpful and informative. I’m very happy I found this place.

Rocio was great. She gave me all the information I needed and wa very helpful She walk me through everything. Had a great conversation with her. Wish there were more people like her.

Since day one of signing my initial contract to rent my storage unit here the staff in the office have been nothing but courteous and provided me with the best possible deal that they could and I love my storage unit the location that it is on it’s upstairs but it’s right up the stairs and very convenient and they haven’t given me no hassles and I was even late on one payment and it wasn’t even a problem as opposed to where I used to have a storage unit at if you were one minute late they gave you a nice hefty late fee here at this Monday you know you stay in communication with them and they work with you and you couldn’t ask for more out of a staff for a storage unit

Jesse at the front desk was very helpful, patient, and informative. It was a fast process getting the paperwork done. The big plus was the dumping station on site. I’m very happy with the services provided.

This is a wonderful, safe storage facility. One of the very best things about it is the management. Jesse is an amazing manager and Alexandra is as nice and helpful as anyone could be. John is so handy and helpful as always. I hope I haven’t left anyone out. Highest recommendation from a long time renter.

A friend recommended this storage facility and I can see why. I\’ve been renting here for a couple of years now and I\’ve never felt so secure that my belongings and valuables were safe. Raymond & Ralph\’s customer service is amazing, they never hesitate to go out of their way for you or even save you money if they can. The facility is always clean, the access hours are great and now I\’ve recommended this facility to a few friends and I was given a $30 credit for each one. Does it get any better?

There’s only negative responses; Inconvient & dangerous access to entering this location. No elevators. Other than that, I do like the management & customer service.

This predatory business is too dishonest to do business with. I made a booking for a unit for about $60/month. I spoke with the manager/representative and he told me that he would be raising my rate 400% at the next pay period. It hadn’t even been 12 hours since making the booking online so I told him to cancel it and give me a refund for the unit since I never used it. I was told it would be cancelled and I would be refunded. Not only has it not been refunded but it hasn’t been cancelled and I keep receiving threatening calls, emails, and text messages saying that I owe them money. This business is incredibly predatory and dishonest. I will be initiating a chargeback with my credit card company and I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with Best RV & Self Storage to go elsewhere.

My husband and I rented at this location for some time now. We are currently leaving due to a workers looks and attitude. Every time I’m in my storage he always walks by me and gives me looks like if he is checking me out or spying on me. He makes me really uncomfortable. I talked to another person renting here and they said that the worker is nice to start but argues a lot has empty promises. I found another location down the road and they seem a lot nicer than here. Stay away. I think his name is James or Jesse. He give me the creeps. You guys should of hired someone else

Would have been great if I could actually enter my unit . Rented online.. I got there and who ever was on shift was Mia . Had a rented uhaul and short on time . Waited over 45min and left to public storage on workman. Easy and convenient . They won’t refund ,mentioned I should have ” waited longer for her” lmfao. What a joke.
