Ed the manager is a very nice, polite and reasonable person. Just the two times I went there for Penske reservations(one for a car carrier and another for a 26ft box truck) he made the process smooth and easy. I definitely recommend Got Storage for anyone who wants excellence and decency in customer service.

Was originally 5 stars, but had an inconvenience recently in which we were locked out of our unit. Apparently we were assigned a different unit in our lease, even though I was told E8 was our unit (especially having it cleaned out by Ed himself). After putting in our stuff two weeks ago in there, we came back today to find a red lock saying “see manager”. Since we were given a different unit, it was listed as vacant in their system. We expected a 5 minute trip but it turned into waiting over an hour just to get everything straightened out. I still believe we got a good price and service, but I’m hoping this isn’t going to be an issue again anytime soon.

We wish we could give “Got Storage” and, especially, Ed, the manager, 10 stars, but I guess we will have to settle for giving only 5 stars. I rented there once before a few years back, and my experience was great then too. No one loves the idea of having to move stuff into a storage unit, right?? But, if you do, this is the place to go! Ed makes it frigging enjoyable & fun! He is so helpful & accommodating, positive, cheerful, and fun, that I swear, you cannot leave without a smile on your face! I can honestly not say enough good stuff about Got Storage. Went today to check on availability and prices. They were running amazing specials but Ed was so honest vs trying to sell us. He let me know what units have wider aisles and can fit the moving trucks vs the ones with narrow aisles that can only accommodate standard cars and trucks. They have this great deal that you can use their moving box truck when you rent a unit, never seen that before. Ed worked with us so much to accommodate the hours we need the truck for on Sunday. He is very helpful and has such a great positive personality that you forget the stress of why you are there renting a storage in the first place. He gets you in and out in a timely manner. In a world that has no idea what customer service is anymore, Ed is all about customer hospitality. Let’s not forget they have the greatest prices you are going to find at a storage facility, and it’s in a good area. Ed is amazing. This is my first time renting a storage unit and he made it very easy. He gave me a tour of the different units, went over all the prices and didn’t try to push me into getting a bigger unit than I needed. Got storage has been such a good experience for me. When I was pregnant and going through a very hard time I had owed a payment but could not make my payment because I was in the hospital giving birth to my baby and after giving birth to my baby I had accrued late fees. When I went in and talked to Ed and let him know what my situation was he was able to help me with my late fee. Also Andrea was very welcoming each time I’ve gone in. Ed was super helpful getting my mom and I set up with the right unit! The place is nice, clean and affordable. They also have a moving truck they will let you use too, which is pretty cool since we were planning on renting one anyways.

BEST KEPT SECRET IN PEORIA – Though its a little tricky to find – your experience at this place is definitely worth your while. The storage units are clean with no leaks or debris – its staff are outstanding folks – special pricing for my 3 month stay was unbeatable anywhere else. I am thrilled I found it while searching on the internet. As for: Andrea – a friendly gal, efficient and extremely helpful during my 1st visit. She explained everything in detail and personally showed me the unit I’d be leasing. I ended up renting 2 units until my move in May to relocate back to Wisconsin. Ed May – is a reliable and dependable manager both for the owner and its patrons. He is always helpful and accommodating in finding solutions in problem areas. Very reasonable prices. Good storage space had enough room to fit furniture for our 4 bedroom 2 living room house. They fumigate for bugs which is at no additional charge. Had my stuff in storage for over 2 years, and we had a bit of dust, but a quick pat and vacuum and nothing at all appears worn or rotten. Would definitely use this location again if I need additional storage. Front staff workers are always nice with a smile and always answered calls anytime my wife or I called for questions.

I can’t say enough good things about this facility. They have a free truck for the day and just have to pay for gas. The entire property is secure and single level. I have been storing personal items here for several months in a 10×10 unit and really like the facility and staff. Ed is a great manager and keeps everything neat and clean. He’s friendly and personable which is always a plus when calling the office for information or stopping in the office on my way to go to my unit. I just upgraded to a 10×14 unit so I can store more personal items due to moving to Tennessee temporarily because I believe this facility is very safe and Ed keeps tabs on everything that happens there and the surrounding area.

I called to reserve, which was easy, they followed up with a phone call to confirm my arrival time, I got there and the paperwork was ready and easy to complete. I was able to purchase a lock there and at a fair price. They also had a UHAUL type truck there, about 14\’ that they reserved for me and allowed me to use the following day, for the entire day, at no charge, I just had to put gas. The person that did all of my paperwork was so friendly and knowledgeable and he made the whole hassle of renting a storage a breeze and a much more pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend. Their prices beat most places, their service was outstanding and the use of the truck was the icing on the cake!

I have had storages literally all over the valley. This place is the best, thanks to the manager Ed. I have had my storage there for over a year and I can honestly say he is why I stay. I\’ve paid more for a storage of the same size through other companies and they got broke in to even with their so called on site security. The manager is on top of things at Got Storage. Never had any problems . He truly has pride in his job. Gives amazing customer service and goes out of his way to help you if he can. I hope they give him a huge raise as incentive to never leave. Because if he does I might finally have to move my storage to Tempe where I live now. For over a year I\’ve spent hundreds in my gas guzzling van driving 50 mikes round trip 4-7 times every month atleast because he is such a good manager I didn\’t want to move my storage. No need to drop off the truck to another location. Even though the unit is not accessible 24 hours a day, I find that to be a bonus. It\’s a more secure site!
