I moved to Goodyear from Indio California recently and I needed a place to store my life’s possessions. It was late Sunday afternoon and it was hot as the day was long…..and I’m talking about a moving day. Ed was working the desk that day and he was kind and understanding to my plight. He was genuinely interested in my welfare in regards about what I had put myself through and my unfocused and confused state of mind due to the extreme heat. I was and I am so very grateful to Ed and Nelly for their support, care and even encouragement which hasn’t stopped to this day. They run a good stable of storage sheds here and I highly recommend this storage facility to do business with.?

Happy they were open on Sundays. The receptionist was helpful with explaining the rates and was very helpful. Called back the next day and was greeted friendly over the phone .

Noah and Nelly are the absolute best! My friend and I picked up our 16’ truck, and Noah was an absolute gentleman hooking up my car to the car carrier!! The facility has come in handy when moving business operations, changing homes and just a place to keep that “extra stuff” not used often. Stored my truck and trailer here for 3 months while on an international trip. The managers were great and accommodating and I never once worried about the safety of my things. Came back and everything was just as I left it, except that one of my tires was low from a slow leak. No problem, the maintenance man had an air compressor and I was on my way in no time. Outstanding Customer Service – Harry & Lonnie made our moving experience much more enjoyable! They provided a truck and were able to help us in all different directions. This kind of service is rare theses days. If we had to score them between one and 10 they get a 12!

My family needed to move our things into storage all of a sudden. I stopped in and spoke with Harry about renting a storage and he was very helpful from beginning to end. We got our storage space and were able to use their moving truck which is included with the move in. Very affordable and very friendly. Kristi Crowley is the best site manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, in 30 years of using commercial storage facilities. She’s extremely pro-active, gets out in front of issues before the become issues. Equally as important, she treats customers like family. Every time I speak with Kristi on the phone or when I go into the office, she’s so warm & personable, it feels as if I’m talking with a good friend. She’s just the best. Beyond that, River Crossing has the best pricing in the area by FAR!!! 5-star pricing & best customer service, and if I could give Kristi personally TEN stars, I’d do it!

Time for an update – We’ve been renting here continuously since April 2014. EXCELLENT customer service, easy access, secure access and facilities. Monitored 24/7 and managers live on site. We highly recommend River Crossing Storage.

The manager was so extremely nice and accommodating! Surrounded by an 8 foot wall and very caring management, this definitely felt like the best And safest place to leave my things for an extended period of time. My husband and I have been using River Crossing Storage facilities for over 6 months now. We have had nothing but great service from the staff. The Managers, Carol and Harry, are wonderful people that have done everything to facilitate our needs and more. They are very professional, and keep the facility very well organized and clean. The security systems in place seem to be very comprehensive, as well as the area being well lit at night. In all honesty we always shop around for the best pricing, however, we were treated so well from the beginning that we didn\’t even bother to look elsewhere. After a few months went by, our curiosity compelled us to look elsewhere for pricing (just for curiosity), and come to find out that River Crossing Storage has very competitive pricing. The Office and Gate hours cover a good portion of the day, and hopefully some day if possible can eventually become a 24hr facility. From what I\’ve seen, they truly care about their customers, and worry about the mighty dollar second. We recommend this place!

After 2 years, with multiple units, I recently moved out of state and now feel comfortable sharing a review. In summary: the staff – everyone from Nelly and Lonnie to the maintenance MVPs – are the reason to secure units at River Crossing. They bend over backwards to help – even in the 118 ? heat. The downside is the corporate business practices. I chose the location because of its proximity to my home and the initial move-in deal. I needed an additional unit and saw the promotional banner advertising a big discount if a current tenant brought in another – translation renting additional units. Despite my good standing, adding another unit to my account would not qualify for this discount. Company policy. Only because I was moving out of state did I add two more units. Otherwise I’d have taken all of my business elsewhere. Reward your good customers and the dividends will come. There were a couple of other incidents that fell into the above pattern but you get the point. The staff is ?? ????????, the business practices could stand to be updated.

I have had GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL renting a storage unit and a usual. Charity great costumer service skills went out of her providing hospitality. Very clean .I recommend to everyone.

Horrible service if you have a trailer and need to get it out don’t rent here Penske trucks are always blocking the storages for access good luck go somewhere else.
