For the second time in having to make a change in RV storage, Paul and Haley bent over backwards to assist me. Excellent customer service. Avoid this location for U-Haul services. The individual we worked with, Tracey, was a jerk and should not be working in a customer service job. He also did a very poor job of explaining things. The set up for the area also makes drop off and pick up very difficult. Avoid this location and if possible, avoid using U-Haul as they contract with different groups who have no concept of quality control or customer service. The owner appears to make excuses for this by pointing to U-Haul as the avenue for making complaints about it’s trucks or issues with regard to U-Haul but as the onsite presence for that company, he and his staff need to do better with regard to their services and not make excuses. You will see other complaints from other customers with similar experiences. Avoid this location and I would suggest that U-Haul revoke their contract with this owner/group. And James, no need to respond, my wife and I rented the truck and returned it and will never do business with this location again and will encourage others to avoid it as well.
