This place is run like a well oiled machine. It seems secure as Fort Knox and It is cleaned like it’s ready for the white glove test…it’s immaculate. The folks that are in charge are really nice people and are kind , compassionate (they gave me a free lock) while maintaining professional courtesy. They are the 5-star standard by which others are measured. I would have no problem telling my family and friends to give Bud and Sharon a call to handle any storage related concerns, they would be well taken care of.

The camera coverage is good … and they actually work I have had a unit down the street for decades. It is not well maintained, the desk people are not nice and my rate has doubled. This storage company is the real deal. First I’ll start with the customer service. When I walked in asking for some information on a unit I was greeted by AJ. He helped me by showing me the unit I was asking about and helped guide me towards a unit that would better fit my needs. His service was top notch and extremely professional. The storage units as well as the entire compound are very clean and organized. The security systems they have in place to keep your belongings safe are also top notch. I definitely feel like I’m getting my money’s worth renting a unit from them. Speaking of the money. They have the lowest rates from anyone else in the area I checked. Their competitive pricing matched with their customer service and well kept location are what made it a no brainer for me to do business with them.

Sharon is super sweet. I wish I could say the same for Bud. He is extremely rude. I honestly will pay the extra money and go elsewhere to avoid him. That is sad. It’s not a very good first impression for a potential customer, that’s for sure. This afternoon, 1-5-2024 I received a call from James B, the manager of this storage facility regarding my review above. I honestly never thought I would receive a call at all. He asked for my explanation of the situation. I explained it. He was very kind and professional. I really appreciate the call. I care for my mother, who has dementia, my son, who is wheelchair bound and 4 dogs. On top of me being the only one packing and moving my house. My life right now is honestly not easy at all. This is why I am editing this post. I am not the only person experiencing hard time’s. I am not the only one who has bad days. I, at that point of meeting Bud did not take that into consideration before making my original post. For this I am sorry. In the life we all live today, there is just no consideration or compassion. there’s just no appreciation, and there is most definitely no kindness. The world would be so much more nice to live in if we all took into consideration that all people have bad days. All people go through hard times. We all need to be more kind and understanding to each other. If Bud was having a bad day, I am sorry and I hope his days get better.
