Got Storage in Layton is the only place in Layton to get top-quality care at a VERY reasonable price. Nice, clean facility! Excellent security measures! Best of all, the staff is always willing to do whatever they can to assist renters in making things as carefree and convenient as possible. There are several storage sites popping up in close proximity to Got Storage, but I think it’s very unlikely that they’ll be able to offer all the amenities and security that Got Storage provides. I will probably ALWAYS need a storage unit, and in this case, I just moved my belongings to another unit. No sense even checking prices at neighboring facilities. They won’t have what Got Storage offers. Thank you!

We have been very satisfied with the overall experience at Got Storage. Sophie has been diligent in making sure our needs are met when we call or come in, and it is greatly appreciated. The units are easily accessed from Antelope or from the back entrance, have wide lanes that can easily handle a 27 foot trailer and truck, and the ability to rent a moving van there made for a great package! One constructive criticism, though, is that the gutter downspout was right next to the unit door, and when it rained this winter, the water would freeze the door to the ground, requiring us to chisel the ice out to open it. Not sure how to remedy this, but just fyi… M

I have rented several storage units and Got Storage by far out ranks the others.. Got Storage allows you to do it online or in person and the whole process is seamless they have everything you need available, and they are extremely friendly and go above and beyond I would recommend this place to anyone, PLUS their prices are totally awesome.. Very good service. I used Got Storage! for my business storage when I was still in the early stages of my business, and it was great. The keypad for the automatic gate makes access much nicer and the 24-hour access is also a huge bonus when you’re needing access to supplies at different hours of the day and night. It’s well lit and their are security cameras throughout the complex, so I always felt my inventory was safe.

I have been utilizing storage units at “Got Storage” in Layton, Ut. for 2 1/2 Years now. Their customer service is professional but yet very genuinely personable. They will do whatever they can within their legal means of helping the customer meet their needs for storage. The units are well maintained and kept clean. The security of the Storsge units and of the storage property are well covered. I have been very satisfied with doing business with them and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a storage unit.

They are courteous, take the time necessary to help you with whatever questions, problems, etc. you have, and make sure you are satisfied to the best of their ability before you leave. The office staff is also easy to get ahold of and there is even an after hours answering service so you can be assured to get in touch with someone whenever you need to. Got Storage has video surveillance that is not only top of the line, but is kept up to date and in great working condition. They are the only storage facility in the area that I feel comfortable leaving my belongings at because I know that if something were to happen, Got Storage would do everything in their power to make sure that my things were recovered. Plus with the added convenience of my own personal gate code I am able to access my unit 24 /7 so no matter what may come up in my personal life, I know I don\’t have to work my schedule around my storage unit\’s hours. Got Storage has my busy life in mind and has done everything they can do to help make at least one thing in my life easier to deal with, including a variety of ways to pay my bill making even my banking and bill paying a little less stressful. The best in the business, bar none!

Someone recommended me this facility Got Storage. She is a customer of Got Storage in Layton. I don’t what to think so far. I will know by tomorrow if the person who helped keep adding more charges or not. He was seemed upset with me due to the truck being late a little even though I was back before 5 p.m. as he told me. I tried to unload as quickly as possible even though I was able to faint due to so much rush to return the key to the person at the office before leaving the office. I could tell he was very bothered with me and told me he was going to report me to the owners for not returning the truck even though I was literally inside the facility. I missed unstood I guess. So I don’t know what to think. I was at Extra space Storage, other storeges and I was treated well and I never had any problem with them. They were very nice to work with. This facility has too many rules and beginning to think I probably made mistakes by switching Storage.? I would like to talk to the owner of this facility, but I can’t find their number.

They made it really easy to get signed up and These guys make getting moved in as easy and painless as they can. They even prorate your first months rent and plus they gave me the first 2 months for half price. So if your broke your not spending much out of pocket to get your things moved and they will even let you borrow their moving truck if you need to inorder to make it even easier cause if you only have a car your either making several trips, or your spending money to rent one, or your having to borrow a friend’s or bother someone to help you so the only way they could make it any easier is if they moved your stuff for you. I love having access 24/6. Mon-Sat. The only way they could do better would be to be open atleast during the day on sunday because a lot of people are limited to moving on the weekends and taking Sunday out of the picture im sure really sucks for people. They have actual security at night and im sure they are trying to save a little money but i bet not being open on sunday makes them lose business. Speaking of security…. they will come and check you out after dark which i appreciate knowing there is someone there at night instead of just relying on cameras and they will either ID you or make sure you have your lock and keys to fit your lock which i have no problem with cause they are just making sure my shed isnt getting robbed. Place is clean. Staff is friendly and it may not seem like its a big deal but there is accesss from two different ways. One from the south, wich is the front, and one from the north, that is their back door which adds a little more convenience for me. Im almost at my 30 day mark and will update if anything goes bad or if i run across anything that is negative to save someone from making a mistake renting from these guys but so far so good. All possitive and for now they get… ????. *UPDATE* – I have now been renting from here for I believe two years or more now and what time I have received two increases in rent and I bet you there are 20 days out of the year that you can’t access these sheds because they have problems with their security gates all the time for some stupid reason but surely don’t give a person a discount for not being able to access their shed for these days that are not accessible. One of the other things I do not like with this place is a closed down for All the holidays. I think this is stupid because what is the purpose of this when they have security gates you have to go through in order to access this property. The same thing for not being open on Sunday. Who cares of the office is open or not because they are open 24 hours a day except for Sundays therefore what difference does it make if they let us into the property on a Sunday or not. That was hypothetical because it doesn’t make a difference and it’s stupid. The other thing that I think is stupid is they make you have renter’s insurance which costs another 12 bucks which should be up to the person renting a shed from them but no they make it mandatory which is obvious that it’s just a ploy in order to take more money from their renters. But after being a loyal renter for more than two years that has always paid on time and to keep raising prices on if I had a truck right now I would be moving out and going somewhere else. I get adding more money to the new renters because it’s costing more money to run a business these days but to increase the rent for renters that have been there for overa year its just ridiculous especially with all the times that this property is not accessible because of your stupid Gates. I am going to start deducting days of rent when I cant access my shed because of the issues that you have with your gates and shouldn’t be expected to pay for these days which should be deducted from the rent of all of your renters because that is a bunch of BS. This is a joke and in my opinion is stealing from us and so for every day that I can’t access my shed I will be deducting from my rent and is what you can expect from me from now on which is only the fair thing to do.

I’m not sure if new ownership or what but I’m now being charged a “secure lease” fee. What should be $57 is being $94.15. What is a secure lease charge and why am I being charge twice for it? I’ll admit I owe the late fee but still they haven’t returned my call to explain these extra charges.

The facilities are great. The previous management was less than professional. I am hopeful the new management can successful straighten out my particular situation. Mysteriously they had moved me out virtually, on paper. I had to move me back in. All my items were still in the unit. Yay!! I had over paid (insurance issue) for 10 months and hope to recoup the full amount. Though it is not a tremendous amount, I would hope owners would like to keep a good and legal reputation and credit me the full amount.

Just reaised their prices, gave us reason to get rid of everything in storage. We no longer have our stuff in Got storage. Nice employees. I wouldn’t store pillows, cusions, couches or beds…we had evidence of mouse droppings in our storage.

The people are super friendly! I would have given them 5 stars but there was a mix up on the storage unit #. The guy booked me into 401 but when I went to put my boxes in it it was locked. I drove down to the office and a lady was working at the time and she said she would have to move me into 402. So I began putting my boxes in 402. After I left, the lady called me and left a voicemail. She said that I needed to be put in 400. I went to 400 and the storage unit was filthy with debris, dirt, metal screws and other random metal parts. This storage unit had apparently housed an ATV because there wereand oil spills and tire Mark’s from an ATV. I decided not to move from 402 because of 400’s condition.

Good facility with easy access. However, the prices have been going up over the last few years since Total Storage Solutions purchased the facility.

Cannot get ahold of them through phone or email. Was supposed to process my payment last week on the 31st before the new month started and didnt. Am getting texts and emails about my stuff going to auction. This isnt fair as this was their error not mine.
