Well I like the unit and the people and convenience. But the fact that my rent went up from 32 to 95 suddenly blew me away. Now I have to move out and I’ve only been there 3 months. Renting a uhaul,hiring movers is a lot of work. Wish I had known they had moving trucks available before I rented one when I moved in.

0 stars. I called Friday morning asking for pricing, then decided to come up here to get one. The lady upfront showed me the 5×15 that I was supposed to get.. it still had stuff in it, and then she said that that’s not the one I’m actually getting, I’m getting another one but that she was showing me that one because it was more convenient. I should’ve asked to see the one I was actually going to get, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She charged me and I asked her again to make sure that the one I was getting was 5×15, she confirmed it to me.. I’m here today with my truck loaded with stuff to put in my storage, come to find out lot 411, ( the unit she assigned me), has a lock on it, and no she didn’t didn’t give me a key for that lock, she told me I had to buy my own lock, and it is a tiny a** unit. No where near close to the one I paid for. To top it off they are closed on Sundays. Best believe I’ll be up here first thing Monday morning to get my money back.
