Moving is a hassle, but Allie at Tri City Storage made the storage part of it genuinely easy. I have been renting space from Tri-City Storage since the 1980s. My recent experience with Linda has been exceptional. The facility is clean and secure. Payment online is easy. And for me, personally, not having homeless people living in the units is a positive. I highly recommend Tri-City Storage to anyone seeking a safe location to store your property.

Came in last minute before the office closed at 6. I was in and out in 10 minutes so I can drop off my thing before the gates close at 6:45pm. My only complaint is i wish the gate hours were opened later than 6:45pm… Overall good experience and so far it’s been a pleasure to do business with.

This is my second time coming back to rent a storage and the process is always so easy and fast. The staff is so kind and welcoming. They offer services not most places would. The area is kept clean and well secured.

I would like to say first and foremost that I had an excellent experience there, I was having a bad day, and when I went into the office, the lady at the desk “KIMMY” was so wonderful, polite respectful, very helpful and pleasant. She made my day so much better by just being kind and very courteous. I would definitely recommend the storage. Top notch customer service!! I called and spoke with johnny and he answered all my questions patiently. He informed me of specials and got me a great deal. He let me know that the manager from the location I was going tp be using would be calling me. Kimberly called me right away to confirm my reservation. I arrived today and met with Melody to inspect the unit and see the truck I would be able to use. Melody was very delightful and answered all my questions about the lock to use and the insurance I would need to get. The whole experience was so great! I would want to rent a storage unit just to deal with these people!!

They are a very clean and on point. I once was lock in there because the gate was lock and I didnt have to wait till the next morning they had came Nd rescue me right out in no time thanks tricity storage.The staff there are very friendly and caring about there people there no hassle about anything.

When I originally called to inquire about the storage units, Kimberly was so helpful. On the day I showed up to rent the unit, I was helped by a very nice lady nicknamed Kitty. She took us on a golf-cart ride to see the unit. My grandkids enjoyed the ride! The experience was so smooth, and the prices were the lowest I found close to UCR where my son is a student. I went to Tri-City Storage Riverside on LaCadena a lot gittery because I didn’t know what to expect and had a very smooth and blessed experience with Kimberly. She was patient with me and talked me through all of my concerns. She was very professional and considerate. I left content with the price I paid and a peace of mind. I need a storage unit on a Saturday and to my surprise many weren’t open. I was using google maps to find somewhere open. Not only was it open but they had a special. With the unit we got the use of a uhaul. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The added bonus was the pay online feature. It’s surprising how many place don’t offer that in this day and age. So that was really really nice. I would highly recommend tri city storage.

Friendly staff, clean facility. Never busy. I have rented from them for over a year now without any issues. Prices were cheapest near by for the size we got.

We got their last minute and the manager was really nice. She took her time with us and was very patient while she showed us some units. Gave us a good price with some flexibility if we desided to change our mind on another unit. She made our day cause i really needed to get a space to store something ASAP.

They have reasonable rates but no real specials going right now since they are nearly full. It is convenient from the 215 freeway in Riverside near the Columbia exit.

Gates open 6am to 6:45pm

I have had units at this facility for more than 10 years. I had been very happy. Now I am extremely annoyed. I needed a larger unit. I went on their website and booked a 20×24 on the 14th. They charged me $360. I went to move in and was told that unit wasn’t available for a few more days. “Ok, that’s fine.” I asked for another unit in the interim to store a few things because we had just moved out of an apartment. They did not refund my money. They moved that money over to a different unit. It was supposedly at 50% off the rate. I was told the money from the smaller unit will roll over to the new unit for the next month. The larger unit was available on the 18th. I went in and they collected another $280. I then transferred the few belongings over that next hour and was out on the 18th. Linda, whom had been helping me knew this. I informed another employee the next day that it was vacant. They also had their lock on the unit(legally, it was in their possession on the 19th). I received an email stating I had moved out of the smaller unit on the 25?! They then only give me a $200 credit towards the next months rent on the larger unit. That means because of Tri City Storage’s mistake I am being charged an additional $170 ($360-$200=$170) for four days use of an interim unit. That is quite a price I have to pay for THEIR mistake. I do not recommend trusting Linda at this facility. She seems to have given me the bait and switch. She also was dishonest about my move out date(which most likely affected the low credit given?). If you must, go in the office when someone else is there.
