This was the first time dealing with foothill mini storage. They are the nicest, most helpful and welcoming staff. If we could give them more than 5 stars we would. They went out of their way to meet our needs in a fast professional manner. Highly recommend!!

I rarely write reviews, but the service we received from Angie (manager, Arcadia location) was so exceptional that it warrants mention. Angie was friendly, professional, communicated well, and strived to meet our needs. We had many questions and she was patient throughout the process. In today’s world, Angie stands out as an outstanding employee! The premises are very clean ( yes, including the bathroom!) and, from our initial phone call to get pricing and availability, to the closing out of the unit, the process was seamless.

I had this storage for over a year.. Angie was amazing when I needed her! I walked in through the doors hectic and worried. Being in the military I have to be able to pick up and go, she was super understanding! Now I’m coming to my end, and she is still ever so helpful! She even helped me sell a couple of items.. I’m sad that I won’t see her smiling face as I would race in and drop of things, or pick something up. She is just the sweetest gal. I’m sure I won’t ever need a storage facility for the rest of my life, but If I ever do, I will comeback to this one, and hopefully Angie’s beautiful face will welcome me back.. it’s a bittersweet ending.. Besides the fact that I first decided to do business with Foothill Mini Storage because of their very competitive, even friendly, prices, but also dealing with their personnel, particularly in the person of its Manager, Angie Lawrence, has become “my best storage experience” ever, having dealt with various storage companies for years, and many not pleasant at all! When issues might arise, she does her utmost to facilitate individual needs, whatever it may be needed, within reason, of course. To add that her sunny personality makes you wish to have her also as a personal friend, is just a natural next step! You go, Angie!

Angie, the manager was friendly and so very helpful made my first time renting a storage unit a really easy experience. This is the best self storage place around no question. The staff is super nice and helpful and it\’s open 7 days a week from 7-7 so doing a after/before work run to storage is easy . Drive right up to the units and they are very clean. VERY FAIR pricing as well!

Foothill Mini Storage is tucked neatly away under the 210 Fwy and offers a secure and private location to store your items. The facility manager really knows her stuff makes doing business here a snap. They also offer paper shredding services as well, just inquire for details. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a secure place to store their belongings.

They raised their rates TWICE after I started renting a unit. After the second rate hike, I moved my stuff out and found another self storage in the area. The facility is just a-ok.

if you are looking for a bargain, forget it. Way over priced. Don’t plan on bring your belongings in a moving truck. They DO NOT fit through the facility….
