The staff is the best! These ladies go above and beyond to help you . They make the process easy and effortlessly. I love that their facility has an AC and everything is clean. The facility is fully gated. I feel safe there, these gals make you feel at home. Making payment is easy over the phone. It’s big enough to fit my semi truck in there. I’ll sometimes take my car. I don’t advise that you take your semi truck, but sometimes I don’t have a choice, but these are the best.

This place is truly great! I was worried we wouldn’t find a temperature controlled storage unit in Yuma and was pleasantly surprised to find this place. However, the best part are the outstanding attendants! The people are incredibly attentive, kind and helpful. My only worry is that the storage units get a little dirty even though they’re indoors, but place feels safe and the people are top notch!

This is an excellent, and well maintained facility. If you are downsizing or moving your household, then I highly recommend the climate controlled units. These units have a double barrier against dust, weather, and exterior elements. My belongings looked exactly the way I placed them from the date of origination. The move in offers, (When available) are very attractive. The staff members are kind and have a presence of community about them. Bottom line, if you are looking for a storage unit and care about your belongings, Border Storage will not disappoint!

Wow! Where to begin. The people working at Border Storage are AMAZING! First among them is Aidee. She was so helpful. SO kind. And SO understanding. I flew down to Arizona from Washington State to help my mom with this move. On a Wednesday I rented a large, climate-controlled unit for my mom as she was moving into a retirement community. So all day Wednesday and Thursday we packed her out. Friday was the big move day. Before they finished packing it all up I told them that I had rented a 10×15 unit. They said there was no way all of this was going to fit in there. They suggested another 10×15 unit. It was late afternoon and I called Border Storage just before closing. Aidee was very understanding and asked me to come in right away to make the arrangements. When I got there I was greeted with the warmest smile. We hopped in the golf cart and she showed me the nearby available units. After choosing one, we went back to the office. She had already begun transferring all of the information over from the other unit I rented earlier in the week. The people at Border Storage are first-rate and top-notch. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Hayde made it extremely easy and took care of me through the entire process. The units are very clean and climate controlled. The prices are competitive and you can pay online or in person. I recently moved my storage here, and while I really appreciate the staff, I need to be honest about my experience. First, the positives: the employees are wonderful. Aida, went above and beyond to help me when I was stuck, even after closing time, and Desiree was also very helpful .I truly appreciate the effort they put into helping customers. That said, the systems and setup feel extremely outdated and antiquated. Automatic bill pay should be a standard option, but I was told I had to set it up manually. The entry/exit keypad was finicky and outdated… although I was told it was a new feature and will be standard going forward. The lock system is confusing not smooth (especially the padlock/code setup), and there were no dollies available unless returned by 6:30, which makes moving very difficult. Even signing the rental agreement felt clunky, since it required using an external screen and mouse signature pad that seemed more cumbersome than helpful. Overall, the staff here is excellent , some of the nicest I’ve worked with but the facility and technology need major updates. The kindness of the team made my move manageable, but the outdated systems made it unnecessarily stressful.

Kind of confusing. I applied online and discount rate for 5×10 was $61 for 6 months. However, contract showed rate of $81. However, when I paid, was just charged for insurance and tax. Also, after I completed the online process, the instructions stated that a lock would be provided inside the locker. When I asked, the assistant stated that I would have to provide my own lock (already had one so a non-issue). Other then that, everything went ok.

We moved our things into this storage facility around a month ago. Hannah was the staff member who helped us. We got a discount that was shown on the internet. Hannah was very professional and kind. She was very caring and considerate. The unit we got was perfect for the items we needed to store there. It is a very clean place. The only downfall to the facility and most storage facilities is that you can barely fit a moving truck into the small driveway. It was difficult for my husband to maneuver the large truck in. But eventually we made it in. Today I went to make a payment and was greeted by Ed from the Peoria facility. He was professional and polite. Overall we’ve had a good experience from this facility. We highly recommend this place over some storage places here in town.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! After a year they jumped the rent $40 claiming that it was to cover expenses! What expenses as 90%+ of your units are not climate control. I know taxes have not gone up that much, so once again I have no idea why the rate needed to jump $40. Now I have responded to them four times in the last two weeks via email that my insurance policy expires annually not semi-annually. And what did I get again today… Another letter telling me that I am going to be charged $25 if I do not supply proof of insurance. HELLO!!!! my policy that’s not expire until April 2026 and I sent you the new one in April 2025!! I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF GOING THROUGH THIS EVERY SIX MONTHS!!! You know, I do not know if the office staff has changed, but all I can think is it has because in the last year the customer service with this location has been deplorable to say the latest.
