We were in the process of finding an RV for my father when we discovered an advertisement on OfferUp. The RV was located at River Crossing Self Storage, and upon our arrival, we met Silvia, the office manager. While we awaited the RV owners, Silvia kindly provided us with information about the facility. Once the owners arrived, we inspected the RV and decided to make the purchase. Since we weren’t planning to use the RV immediately, we arranged a storage rental contract. Silvia thoroughly explained the details of the contract, including the availability of restrooms, disabled parking, and an air-conditioned waiting room. Christi was amazing! She helped us fun the unit on property that would meet our needs, she took us to 4 before we found the right option. Our storage needs were unique and required a certain size door opening to accommodate our equipment. Christi was able to find it for us. I also love how clean this place is. She tells before she even opens the door to one of the units that she’s sorry it’s going to be a mess, but she opens the door and it looked clean to me! Only thing I could see is some dust near the door and that was all. She acted like it was a pile uhc trash in there. If that’s how their level of cleanliness is, I’m happy to be renting here!
