We just moved in Oct 1st as they were offering 50% off the first 3 months for the size/type of unit I wanted. I picked a 10×10 climate controlled unit. The unit itself was clean and odor free and in great distance to the entrance! They don’t use traditional padlocks and keys! It’s all through an app which is think is so cool! No more extra keys or misplacing them after letting your husband borrow them! Simply share access through the app and they can get gate access as well as the unit! So cool! Prices are affordable! They do require renters or homeowners insurance though which has been a first for me! Access hours are okay (close at 9pm). Also, they need to get more carts in there! Maybe one/two per building or a place to park the carts outdoors by the building entrances because I had to go through each building to find one and I could only find the one. Anyways, set up was easy, units are clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Will definitely be referring people here !!

A little pricey but very secure and modern. No need for keys/locks. Everything is unlocked thru your phone. The thing I didn’t care for the most is there’s no access thru the night, and on some holidays.

The facility is top notch with all the tech that is incorporated but the management/ownership is less than desired. I moved in on a Tuesday and was out by that Friday. So I move in on a Tuesday and I noticed a neighboring unit was moving things and it turned out he had just moved in a week prior and came back to a flooded unit. The roof leaked and ruined most if not all his things. Speaking with him it appeared management/ownership was not helpful or showed any concern about his ruined things. In fact, management was pushing for the tenant to hurry and move his things out on a Friday because someone was coming to fix the roof that Saturday. Management did not offer any help moving things and just watched the tenant move everything by himself. I was storing very few things but one of the things was my motorcycle. Management advised they need the registration in order for me store my bike there. I showed them the registration was valid until 9/25 but that wasn’t good enough, he wanted the actual paper from the DMV. Who keeps those papers after it is registered? On top of that issue, they require renters insurance to store things there. This may be normal protocol but this was my first rental unit and it sounded a little odd. The day I moved out, I had a friend meet me there to help me. I was inside the gate and he was parked outside the gate waiting for me to let him in. The owner came up to him and asked him why he was there and who he was waiting on in a very combative way. At the end of the day it was a horrible experience and the owner is a complete jerk.
