Their policies are different depending on what employee you ask. We got charged our monthly rental price even after moving out, I’ve called 5 or 6 times to get a refund and still haven’t gotten anything. Each person I’ve talked to has told me it would get taken care of, yet it hasn’t. I just called again and another lady said there were no notes on my account about a refund. It’s been extremely frustrating that the refuse to issue a refund for their mistake. We moved out of state and are still getting charged. I’ve held off writing a review but I’m just fed up at this point. AVOID THIS PLACE. We had two rent increases the year we were there and they can’t seem to get their book work right, not to mention getting a hold of them is extremely hard too. Also never felt safe in this area. They have a gate you have a code too, but I watched a homeless man walk right in no problem.

This place is impossible to get a hold of. I’ve called twice a day for a week and all I get is their call center who can’t do anything about the wrong amount I was charged. Not to mention, when we tried to move our stuff in, we waited nearly two hours for someone to show up at the office during regular business hours. No sign saying they would be gone or at lunch or anything. The maintenance man didn’t even know where the office lady was. Very shady with their pricing, I was told $23 for my unit and I would also get a promotional 50% off. Now they “can’t find the discount,” after I was told, in person, it would get added to my account for the next month. If you ever do get a hold of the office lady, she’s very cold and rude. Wouldn’t recommend this place, we’ve only been in our unit for 2 weeks and have had problem after problem.
