I’ve had a great experience with Rockwell so far. The building is really nice, the setup inside is easy to navigate. It would be nice if access was open until 9p in the summer because I’ve had a few times where 7p sneaks up and I have to wait for the next day to go to the unit but all in all a great storage solution.

We rented a 10’x10’ unit today and it is perfect for us. My elderly mother in law is using it for overflow items since she recently downsized to an assisted living unit. She has space to sort, reminisce and dispose of items she no longer needs or has room to keep. Suzanne was great help, very pleasant and fun to talk with. When I described what was needed she got us the perfect unit. We are very pleased.

The customer service representative in the office was amazingly pleasant, friendly, and she was very accommodating to our needs. The facility is pristinely clean, climate controlled, and pest free with very accessible units and carts for helping to move your belongs. I wouldn’t go any where else in Salt Lake now that I’ve experienced Rockwell.

Susanne was incredibly helpful and great to work with. She was available to assist while I helped a customer move her belongings into a storage unit. Rockwell storage has indoor units with air conditioning to keep your belongings in excellent condition.

I was able to reserve the unit online and get things moved in the same day. The facility is clean and secure. Only downside is you need a special lock, which they will gladly sell you.

Great storage unit the rate i was told online was not the rate I was quoted. I would give 5 stars but we are moving in tomorrow and they have their moving van blocking thr elevator and doing construction in the parking garage area to move in so blocking the parking lanes to move in. Serious hassle so no way to get but 2 feet around their moving van to the elevator to move in up to the storage unit and their van needs to be moved before we move in tomorrow

If I could give 0 stars I would. I flew in from Texas to move my stuff out of my friends storage unit at Rockwell and to get one of my own. When I got there to move it nobody was there to help set me up even though I was there at a time the office should have been open so I had to come back the next day and the lady was so unhelpful and rude. She couldn’t figure out how to get me the correct pricing so we sat there for an hour and a half trying to get a unit for me and she wanted me to pay a higher price because she didn’t want to re enter my information to get correct pricing. I expressed my annoyance because I tried coming the day before and she said oh yah I left early yesterday and I’m leaving in 20 minutes today. I said it says your office is open until this time and I’m not leaving until I get a unit at the correct price. She was going to leave an hour early again in the middle of me getting a unit and was so put out to do anything. If I didn’t have to leave in the morning I would not have gotten a unit at Rockwell just because of how terrible the service was and people not being there when they should.
